De Vrienden Social Club wanted their online presence to match the club itself. We built a fast WordPress site with an in-house events tool and a clear menu, easy to maintain and pleasant to use.
The client & context
De Vrienden Social Club is a regular spot for drinks, cocktail nights and parties in Ommen. The old website no longer matched the club’s new look. With more events on the calendar, they needed an up-to-date agenda and a clear menu.
The challenge & our approach
The new site had to work smoothly and stay clear for everyone. The team also needed a simple way to add events quickly, matching how they actually work day to day.
The solution: We used a familiar WordPress setup as the foundation and built an in-house events tool that fits their workflow.
The design: Together with Vroege Oogst, who delivered the new brand identity and web design, we built a custom theme on Divi 5. The team can update content easily without sacrificing speed.
